PRICES HOLIDAY HOME:
Prices are per night (max. 4 people).
Minimum stay: 2 nights
LOW SEASON
May / June – €70 per night
HIGH SEASON
July / August – €80 per night
LATE SEASON
September / October – €70 per night
Your booking is confirmed once we have received a 20% deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Within 2 weeks before arrival: 10% of the total rental amount
Within 1 week before arrival: 20% of the total rental amount

Please bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet, and pillow) and towels.
No cleaning fee is charged — we kindly ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy upon departure.
